Julia E. Hilleary has over 40 years of experience as a senior fitness instructor and as a comprehensive Pilates instructor as well as over 40 years of experience teaching ballet. Julia studied at the School of American Ballet under George Balanchine and her teaching experience ranges from young children up through seniors. She is fully certified in Pilates under Ramona Kryzanowska and is a second generation Pilates instructor. Julia has worked with children in dance in underprivileged programs and in well renowned schools across the country. Her students have been successful in their professional development and in their lives and professions as she has guided them towards professional certifications, college applications, employment in professional dance companies, and all areas of stagecraft and professional stage positions.
As the Owner of Eagle True Pilates Arts, Julia teaches Pilates and Ballah and works with Pilate Instructors and Certifications and over 500 exercises that they must learn. She is a member of The Pilates Association. Moving forward, Julia plans to continue building her business.
When not engaged with work, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and is a talented seamstress.
