Julie Adduci is an Administrator for Symphony Pan Network. She is a brilliant woman with a diverse set of responsibility. She is responsible for regulatory guidelines as applied thru IDPH and CMS are significant. She trains and educates staff while keeping everyone involved in the trends and best practices. Her daily operational duties and strategic realignment match the diverse changes in the industry and health care in general. In 2010, British Home Rehabilitation Services instituted the EHR and a medication dispense program using lap tops and systems for the delivery of medications. The company has also strived to create the a dining experience and open meal plans. Her nursing department is primarily R.N. and many come to the company as BSN's and MSN's to create and engage in clinical pathways to support the ever-changing client population. Julie’s passion for senior population and to reach further developments and process for a higher quality is what makes her a true leader. When not working she enjoys gardening, swiping, working out, and the outdoors.
