Julie Irving is an IT professional with 35 years of experience in software development, teaching, training and programme management. She has spent the last 10 years in the NHS, and is currently working to improve the lives of the people of Suffolk and North East Essex by getting patient records sharing despite the political storm that is the health service. Julie is the Information Sharing Program Manager at Ipswich and East Suffolk and West Suffolk CCG's.
Julie holds her Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of East Anglia, which she obtained in 1998. In the next three to five years, Julie would like to be in a position where people can take things seriously in regards to healthcare. She credits her success thus far to her continued integrity and firm belief in what she is doing.
