Juliana Ricciardi is the Business Unit Executive for IBM. She have been in her current role for 4 years and has been with IBM for over 20 years. She is over sales, contracting, marketing and reporting to corporate. She came into this field by way of natural progression.
Juliana’s expertise are in sales, IT specialist, technical points and leadership. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Brazil in 2011. Juliana doesn’t do any public speaking at this time. She won awards in 2017 and 2018 in for her work.
In the next few years Juliana hopes to move into a leadership position. She says the keys to her success are studying a lot, good networking, leadership and coaching.
