Justina Hiraldo is an EHS Professional for Loyalty EHS Management and Safety Behavior Neuro-Coaching. Justina has been an EHS Professional for nearly 15 years and is currently the EHS as well as the Site Safety Manager at Cement Sites. She has a license and works as a Coach and Training Professional for Loyalty EHS Management. Justina is a Safety Behavior based Trainer and SBB implementation leader, for Dominican Republic and the Puerto Rico Area. She is a Certified Licensed OSHA as well as an Internal Auditors Team Former (ISO 14001, IS0 9001, OSHAS 18001). Justina has designed and implemented occupational health programs including respiratory protection, hearing conservation, visual protection and ergonomic programs. She has worked and continues to work as an Instructor of Policy and Behavioral Adviser for major Corporations and SME's. She has worked for Abbott Health Care Devices and Grupo Puntacana as an Environmental Quality Coordinator. Justina is an expert in inspections, ISO standards, health and safety assessments and project planning. She is a graduate of The Metropolitan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health and Health Care Management. Justina is the founder of a charity called Dry Beds for Sweet Dreams helping disaster victims of Hurricane Maria. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
