Kara L. Gorycki has been in her professional career for more than 14 years as an attorney in New York City. She is the Owner of The Law Office of Kara L. Gorycki. Kara has handled a wide variety of business disputes over the years, many of which were settled prior to going to court.
Kara’s main duties include pre-litigations, LLC agreements, contract disputes, and family owned businesses, but the majority of her duties include advising. She advises both small business owners, and in-house counsel at large corporations, on matters including leases, licensing, insurance claims, executive compensation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, business formation, and vendor disputes. She has successfully represented both individuals and companies in all aspects of litigation.
Kara was prompted to get involved in the legal field because she always had an interest in justice, which she got from her mom who was an entrepreneur. At this stage in her career she is interested in connecting and networking with other like minded professionals to share experiences and continue to grow and learn.
Kara has fostered long-lasting relationships with female business owners and clients. She believes it is important to lift women up and to support them in achieving their dreams. Outside of work she enjoys yoga, reading, and theater.
