I have two grown children whom are married and have provided me with my greatest joy in life, my grandchildren.
Karen Ayres is an experienced consultant and coach that has extensive knowledge in business coaching and human resource consulting. Her client base covers not-for profit, public and private enterprises. She has several government clients that she has worked with both on the federal and local levels. Currently in pursuit of her Masters degree, Karen is very passionate about her profession. As the President of Corporate Inspiration, Karen believes that the knowledge she has acquired has opened several opportunities towards her success. Her area of expertise include but are not limited to strategic planning, performance management, merger and acquisition integration of people, policies, skills and planning. In the past, she has assisted businesses with team development and alignment of business strategy across their organization. A certified executive and business coach from Royal Roads University, Karen is also a member of several professional organizations such as the International Coaching Federation and WABC. Karen has also been the Keynote speaker nationally and internationally on topics of alignment, mental health at work, and employee engagement.
