Chumi Foundation, I am part of the organization members whom participate in different activities to raise money for palliative care patients and their daily care. The foundation was created in honored to a family member lost due to this type of cancer and whom received full support of the palliative care, they are in charge to care for end-stage cancer patients with the economy support of the goverment.
Social Responsablity Comittee at Auxis, a long with a group of 10 members we we do volunteer work for different associations or non-profit foundations, we help more than 150 children a year during the time of entry to school, and also during their New Year's Eve party to celebrate Christmas. We participate in pro-environment movements to take care of the nature of the community.

Mother of two young ladies, recently married, enjoyning every day with my family, we are very close to each other, this is something my mother have teach us, my oldest brother lives far from home, he left pursuing his dreams and becase an anwsome soccer coach, my youngest sister is also a professional on the accounting area, she is a lovely mother and wife. My husband, my support, my best friend and inspiration to become a better person everyday. My parents are my strenght Jorge my stepfather an electric engineer that works hard to make my country a better place and Sonia my mother a dedicated wife and grandmother, who worked for years to raise 3 kids by her own, they are two of the most important people in my life. My Mother-in-law is a strong woman who teachs me about spirituality, loving nature and fight for what I believe, my Father-in-law is one of the most inspirational human being I know, we share stories, discuss about politics, religion, he provides honest feedback to everyone that help us become more thoughful after talking to him.
For Revlon, Karen is responsible for ensuring effective service delivery of the entire account as measured by contractual service level agreements,. Karen is also responsible for account innovation & improvement projects within areas managed for Revlon. As such she participates and supports systems integrations and enhancements including: Dashboards, SAP integration, VIM integration, MDG integration, Micro strategy to 1inBeauty integration. She led the internal management of the tool for electronic approvals in the accounting area (MEC SP) and is in charge of the monthly results review per department and creation of Objectives for the teams. Karen was a key leader during the transistions and oversaw the creation of SOP´s. She has been been fully involved in change management as required by the client by participating in regular meetings with internal and external Revlon customers.
For multinational companies, Karen has led the Accounting Department of different companies such as DHL, Auxis, Procter & Gamble and Roofing Solutions performing as BPO Manager, she has been in charge of the analysis and creation of SOP’s and KPI’s. She had led several Lean and Six Sigma projects that drove performance and efficiency improving operating margins of the Financial Outsourcing accounts.
She has been in charge of different project migrations with particular focus on the AP. She has successfully completed over 8 migrations from North and South America to Costa Rica.
