An esteemed entrepreneur with over 25 years of professional experience, Karen Esteves is the Owner of two companies, Century, an international venture manufacturing party supplies, sporting goods, and many other items and Pegasus, a company created for equestrians that works to fit the needs of not only professionals, but those at the college and university levels.
After receiving her Bachelor's degree in International Marketing, Ms. Esteves enjoyed great success working with major toy companies such as Mattel and Hasborough before ultimately deciding to transition to business ownership. A dynamic leader, she seamlessly spearheads both companies so that they maintain their impressive quality standard.
When not engaged with work, Ms Esteves loves to spend time with her two teenage daughters. She credits her success thus far to continuously striving to set an example for them that women can soar in the workforce.
