Our completely unique offering lies in incorporating vast experience in dealing with very real high-level organizational and business issues; as well as being trained in coaching psychology, organizational development & change, employee relations, selection & assessment and workplace well being. After spending 15 years working at a senior level in the financial industry, Karen decided to focus upon those aspects of her career that she found most rewarding – getting the best out of people. As a consequence, she enrolled on a Masters course in Organizational Behavior (Organizational Psychology) and completed the course in September 2013.
