Karen Mento is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of product, marketing and general management experience, currently serving as SVP, Sales Development and Retail Delivery Executive at First Commonwealth Bank. In her current role, Karen is responsible for leading the development of integrated marketing strategies to successfully acquire, retain and deepen business customer relationships. Additionally, she is responsible for all product and innovation development as well as portfolio management across the deposit, lending, digital and payment programs. Karen began her career with First Commonwealth Bank in Administration and worked for the next 12 years in 401K, brokerage and investments, operations and client services. In 2008, she moved into the retail side.
