Karina Puente is an innovative and established Architect in Lima Peru. She runs and founded two construction, design and architecture firms within Lima; Le_Mon Arquitectos and KPS ARQ Design and Construction. She specializes in Housing Development Projects, and Housing Projects. The last year Karina spent working as a consultant for the City Hall of Lima where she consulted a project to project the next 20-years of city planning for the city of Lima. She also has contributed pro-bono work for the city helping to redesign and consult for Housing Projects and Infrastructure for developing neighborhoods in the city of Lima. She has appeared nationally throughout Peru, on national television as the spokesperson for the Lima city planning, Urban planning and Infrastructure plans. She is currently working on an exciting project designing a 3,000 square meter office headquarters in Lima. Karina earned her Masters in Real Estate Development from Esan University and an undergraduate degree in Architecture and Design from UNI in Peru. Her design and Real Estate projects have been featured in many publications including a few beach front properties featured in Arcinca design magazine and Construtivo magazine. She looks forward to networking and new opportunities and credits her hard work and competent skills to her success. She is currently looking for International opportunities in other cities.
