Karin Fichtl is the Manager of Global Communications for Adidas. She began her career with Adidas May of 2011 and is presently the Manager of Global Communications. Her current duties include, but are not limited to working with agencies, concepts, developing campaigns, producing content, going out on shoots, marketing, strategy planning, and briefing the agencies. She also has extensive experience in athletes and celebrity management and activation. While at Adidas she started and launched a campaign called "My girl,” an all woman's campaign. This campaign was geared to young girls in sports. She has also worked on a campaign called "I Got This.” This campaign was geared for women between the ages of 25-35 and active with sports and exercise. She launched the campaign globally in December of 2015 and it ran for 2 months. Within the next few months, Karin will be making a move to China. Within the next 3-5 years, she would like to expand to international experience and achieve a Directors roll. The key to her success has been her determination and her ability as well as a positive attitude, working with diverse teams, dedication, team work, and asking the right questions at the right time. When not working she enjoys sports, yoga, and fitness.
