Karla Myrick is the founder of Ki-Zen Power Systems, a premium fitness, training and certification club integrating the Eastern practice of Ki- the primordial energy that flows within all things and Zen meditation techniques. This vital force is known as Ki in Japan, Chi in China and Prana in India. By learning the techniques of Ki, one can add this vital energy to increase endurance and performance. Karla founded Ki-Zen Power to help people achieve their fitness goals in life and receive sports certification in the discipline of their choice. Karla has channeled her lifelong passion for fitness and boxing into her premium fitness, training and certification club. She is a certified boxing coach and helps train and certify trainers in the industry. She offers training in combat, cycling and mixed martial arts as well as weight training certifications and programs. Karla has appeared on the Showtime channel with Nick Charles and Steve Farhood during World Ameteur Title fights. She also has designed boxing equipment and received several patents in design and methods.
