Karoline Logman has more than 20 years of professional experience in her career. Currently, Karoline is operating out of Hengelo Netherlands. Her main role is to manage a team, responsible for planning and monitoring software releases, reporting the release progress, conducting reviews and organization process improvement, and working with a small team on photonic solutions. She is at the fore of a great technological advancement waiting to break through and finds it exciting to be making a difference in this field.
Karoline was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. She is an expert in process engineering and software engineering, and has a certificate from the University of Leiden for a 1.5 year course in Information Technology.
In the next few years, Karoline plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in the profession. She has seen her work published online, and is a frequent presenter within her firm.
