I have 3 children, 2 Grown Boys and 1 daughter. I changed my life once i had my daughter after struggling as aa single parent and wanting to do better for my family. Its been an interesting journey which by no means is finished yet.
I am a jack of all trades really. I started in customer services many years ago. I have since worked in the construction industry as a Quantity surveyor, estimator, and high levels sales and Account manager, Running accounts up to 25 million pounds. I have trained many in my industry in legislation and products and presented in front of many. I enjoy helping others get their A game and am a supportive team member and mentor.

Kate Blake is an Author and Coach running her own coaching business, Kate Blake Coaching. She also works as a sales representative full time manufacturing domestic smoke alarms. Kate published a book in Oct 2018 called "I Will if You Won't Let Me", an autobiography on her life, which became an Amazon bestseller. The book tells Kate's story from her adoption, sexual abuse, single parenthood and financial struggles, and most importantly, how she turned it around. Part of the proceeds to her book are going to the Black Country Women's Aid which helps those with similar issues.
Kate firmly believes that determination, resilience and good communication skills are the keys to success. Her future goals consist of more writing and focusing on her coaching business.
When not engaged with work, Kate enjoys reading, cooking and working out.
