Kathlyn Gorman has been a Principal for Brooks, Stevens, & Pope for 19 years and with the law firm for 23. Historically, it is a firm where female attorneys substantially out number the male attorneys. Kathlyn enjoys empowering the young women whom she trains and mentors. While she did not have either, she was lucky to have male role models who wanted to help her succeed regardless of her gender. Kathlyn has lectured at Continuing Education classes both at Duke University and the University of North Carolina. She is a brilliant lawyer, known to be very thorough while maintaining complete professionalism. Because of her earlier studies in Psychology, she has the ability to see beyond the surface of situations, assessing and analyzing from all possible angles. She partners with her clients in engaging ways for the best possible outcomes. Kathlyn is currently preparing for a move closer to New York in the coming years, this is where she was born and grew up. She has a vision to become a National Client Relations Manager.
