Kathy Kushinsky is the Director of Business Architecture for MetLife. She is responsible for leading Business Architecture for the U.S. Chief Administration Office of MetLife. Her focus is to achieve fundamental change that drives significant improvements in associate engagement, process efficiency, and customer focus. Kathy uses her deep and diverse background (regional business management and operations, IT, process improvement, product management, sales, and strategic planning) to offer holistic, practical and streamlined business solutions that aligns with US Business Strategy for MetLife. She joined MetLife in 2001 and has worked in various organizations within the Company and on multiple cross organizational initiatives. Her more recent roles included leading large scale initiatives include strategic campaign management and an enterprise customer centricity platform. Kathy has a passion for mentoring, supporting, and promoting women. She recently joined a lean in circle and is looking for other opportunities to further network and build a larger business network.
