Kathy Thornburg is the COO of Morgan & Thornburg, Inc, which has been in business for 35 years. It is a private family owned business out of Memphis Tennessee. Kathy is responsible for making sure her clients stay comfortable at all locations. In Acute Healthcare, it is very important that every service call is handled as an emergency. All locations must be at optimum temperature at all times. She manages hotel accounts with the same amount of urgency because without the guests, the hotel does not succeed. Kathy works in a regional capacity but will soon expand to service Nationally.
Kathy believes it is important to treat each client as an emergency and which is reflection of her success. She received her Masters in Engineering from the University of Memphis, 1984. When not working she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with friends.
