Katja Kolehmainen is an Assistant Professor in Management Accounting for Aalto University School of Business. Her research interests focus on key areas within strategic management accounting including investment decision-making, strategic performance measurement and management control. In addition to research, she is actively involved in education, addressing a large variety of audiences ranging from undergraduates to Master Level students to highly experienced Executives. Before her academic career, she worked in business both as a management consultant and a manager responsible for strategic planning.
When not working she enjoys sailing, travel and arts.
