Kay Baig has over 25 years of experience in her current field. She is the Community & Multi Sports Peak Performance Coach for Activities R Us. Her main responsibility is to coordinate members and do coaching sessions. She is also the director of the company.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Personnel from Oldam College form 1990. She is part of the Professional Sister of All Ages of the World and FRSA Association. In her free time she enjoys sports and traveling.
In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
