Kalliopi Chatzipetrou is the owner of Kallina Wedding and Event Designers. She has owned the company for five years now. They are an accessory shop and they also plan weddings. Originally, Kalliopi was a teacher and she says that she felt unchallenged in that role. She decided to become an entrepreneur. She says that her expertise are in public relations skills, organization coordination, problem solving and finance management. She also speaks three different languages. Kalliopi has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Concordia University in 1997. She has an additional degree in Greek History. Kalliopi says the key to her success has been her personality and her ability to manage teams and train people. In the future she hopes to expand the company and to learn more about hotel administration. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
