Kerchelle Jn. Charles in the CEO of Digicel and has been with the company for 13 years. Digicel is a telecommunications company that provides phone services and sim cards, prepaid cards, and smartphones.The head quarters are in Jamaica, but Digicel is known throughout Central America,Caribbean and Latin America.
She manages 32 employees and they have over 5000 employees overall. She manages everything operational including strategy, budgeting and making sure revenue is met. Kerchelle has a Master's Degree in Finance from Monroe College in 2010. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Concentration in Marketing) from Cameron University.
In the next three to five years she hopes to become regional CEO and manage a larger market. Her Ultimate goal is to own her own business. She attributes her success to her mentor-ship and maintaining a positive attitude as well as aligning herself with professionals that were more experienced then her.
