Kimberly Bankston is the Human Resources Executive for Baker Hughes, a GE Company Measurement & Controls/BHGE Digital. She has been in her role for over 2 years. She is over 8,000 staff employees and is in charge of all functions such as training and acquisition.
Kimberly is best known for her skills in talent development. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State as well as a Law Degree. Kimberly is a member of the Georgia State Bar. She does some training and coaching internally.
