Kim Bartos is the Senior Vice President of Allstate Insurance. She has a 30 year broad based track record for achieving results. She has been in many different roles with escalating leadership responsibilities in the insurance industry, and has moved six times with her company to gain those leadership skills. In addition, she is known in her company for mentoring women to successfully achieve their career aspirations while balancing their life. She recently started and lead a Women's Task Force in the Finance function to create higher level of opportunities for women at the top roles in Finance.
Kim’s areas of expertise include Finance, Insurance, Financial Analysis, Underwriting, and Strategic Planning. She received her BA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. When not working she enjoys skiing, horseback riding, and reading.
