For more than 28 years, Kimberly Mahaney has been an expert healthcare recruiter and the Chief Executive Officer of Goals Health Care Recruiting LLC. She consults on matters of clinical placement and job placement, helping independent practices and businesses to build and find the right nursing and clinical staff to suit their needs.
Kimberly was inspired to enter the profession after her mother became ill and needed a second kidney transplant. Working closely with her mother's healthcare team, she found her skills were well suited the profession and she was passionate about helping to make the lives of patients better and to receive the best in care. She holds a master's degree in Science and Criminal Justice from Columbia University, and is passionate about continuing in all facets of healthcare, including the mental health sector.
