Komala Lyra has over 35 years of experience in her career, and is and Educator and Consultant for Ayurveda Yoga Tantra. She trains people around the world on conscious sexuality and offers three programs to her clients and 3 levels of training. A skilled body therapist and herbalist, she offers Ayurvedic healing services to promote mind-body wellness, health and balance.
Having grown up in a family of doctors, Komala became a dancer and found her path into bodywork and Ayurvedic healing was a natural one. She holds a master's degree in Anthropology from the Sorbonne in Paris, and is a member of the National Ayurveda Association. Komala has published three books and speaks regularly at conferences and other industry events.
In addition to running her therapeutic practice, Komala is Lead Faculty at the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), and is creator-presenter of Women Who See in the Dark retreats.
