Katarzyna Radwans has over 15 years of experience in her career field. She is the Managing Director for the Olsen brand and is responsible for running the business in Poland, both the retail and wholesale aspect. Her primary job is to resolve any issues the company is having between strategy and results and to increase turn-over.
Her expertise are in retail, sales, strategy planning and motivation. She has a Degree in International Relations from The University in Poland in 2004. She is a member of the Shopping Center Association. She attributes her success to her experience, always learning and adapting and being goal oriented.
Katarzyna says that in the next few years she hopes to expand her clientele and to build stores in other parts of Europe. She says the highlight of her career has been holding the position that she has now. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
