Kristeen Crosser-Willis is an Associate Producer and Production Manager at Artists Repertory Theatre where she brings unprecedented expertise in lighting design, production and theatre arts to her role.
After doing theatre as a young girl, Ms. Crosser-Willis became interested in what happens behind the scenes and went on to major in Fine Arts at Wayne State University. After earning her Bachelor's degree, she went on to enjoy rapid success in lighting design and other theater arts. A dynamic public speaker, Ms. Crosser-Willis has held conferences and lectures on how to be a lighting designer and the importance of networking and collaboration. Frequently lauded publicly for her work, she has been featured in photos and published in American Theater magazine and was nominated for an award in LA for a play she worked on in Oregon.
Moving forward, Ms. Crosser-Willis plans to expand her career and to collaborate with more people internationally. When not engaged with work, she enjoys art, music, travel and is an avid reader.
