Kristina Gundlach is the CEO and Founder of Build Staffing Group, a contingent staffing firm working with start ups in the tech base including fortune 100 companies. To this role, Kristina brings dynamic leadership skill as well as unmatched expertise in sales, administration, recruiting and marketing. With a true passion for helping others find their careers, she provides quality service and staffing.
Kristina holds her MBA from Grand Canyon University, where she graduated in 2014. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Also a talented speaker, Kristina frequently does speaking on women's leadership and appeared at the LA Women's Leadership Summit and the HR Summit in LA in October 2018. Moving forward, she plans on adding more services and positions to the company tech division, doing more speaking engagements, starting a podcast called "The Hire Level", and continuing to grow her business as well as her own personal brand.
When not engaged with work, Kristina enjoys traveling, exploring, and spending time with family and friends.
