Kristin H. Jain is an experienced attorney and proud managing member of Skierski Jain PLLC. Residing in Texas, Kristin has experience representing diverse clients with substantial interests in large commercial bankruptcy proceedings, litigation, contract negotiation and cross-border matters, including asset acquisitions and sales, arbitration and mediation. She received her JD from Tulane University of Law and began practicing as an attorney in 1997. Kristin is a single parent and serves as Vice President of Scholarships for the Texas Bronc Riders Association. In the next five years, Kristin expects to grow her successful practice to ten attorneys and to work with nonprofits serving the impoverished, women’s rights and education in under-developed countries. Kristin belongs to the Alabama Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
