Karinna Sostre has more than 6 years of professional experience in her current career. She worked as a reporter, digital content producer, and social media manager for El Nuevo Dia, Puerto Rico’s leading newspaper. She worked as a digital producer for NBC Universal’s Telemundo, before returning to GFR Media. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Information from the University of Puerto Rico. Her area of expertise is in human coordination. She publishes the newspaper daily. Her main role and responsibilities consist of creating quality content to attract journalist, covering day to day news, and consent and security. She has worked as a reporter, digital content producer and social media manager for El Nuevo Día – Puerto Rico’s leading newspaper – for six years and as a digital producer at NBC Universal’s – Telemundo, before returning to GFR Media, where she continued her work as a web content producer contributing with both leading publications, El Nuevo Día and Primera Hora. Currently, she is the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) for Puerto Rico web content coordinator, in the hopes of promoting the island as a world class destination to support and improve the economy through the tourism sector. In the next few years she plans to continue to grow, develop, and make a difference in her career. She hopes to promote the island to the world. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals and gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member
