Katalin Szekeres is the Director of Health Resources International. She has been in her career field for sixteen years. Katalin is the owner of her company and will be starting a new career. On an average day she looks for new clients, strategic planning and is involved in interviewing candidates. She came into her career by way on natural progression.
Katalin received her Master’s in Business Administration from City University of London, now called Cast University, in 2002. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Katalin does not do any public speaking at this time. She says the keys to her success have been determination and a positive attitude.
In three to five years she would like to set up her new company in executive coaching. She would like to start helping young ladies who would like to start a career and work with companies that want to hire female employees. She wants to get training certification in May 2019 and will have two companies; one in recruiting and the other in coaching. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
