Laura Gamboa Herrera started her company, Evolve HR Solutions, on 2018. She began this journey as she had professional experience in the HR field, and felt it was about time to share this experience offering consultancy services and training. She also had the opportunity to live in Hungary and Austria, which helped her in Cultural Understanding and in developing competencies in working with people from different countries. Around 14 years ago, she accepted a job in which she needed to established HR department in a company that had already 400 employees. This challenged her in gaining the trust of the employees within the company. This also inspired her to eventually set up her own company as she feels she is good at empathizing with people, in teaching others and in understanding problems and look for solutions.
Laura holds a bachelor's degree and a Licensing degree in Business Administration. This summer, she will complete a Master's degree program in Human Resources from the University Rey Juan Carlos and the Centro Europeo de Postgrado in Spain.
