Laura Methot is a behavioural scientist who works with business leaders to build the leadership and performance capabilities necessary to support outstanding execution. The impact of her work is evident in both business impact and how her clients talk of tangible culture change. Laura specializes in executive alignment, operational effectiveness, and performance improvement. Laura co-designs and supports her clients in implementing leader-led behaviour-based leadership change programs. She has presented at conferences for the Association of Behavior Analysis, the Atlantic Conference on Ergonomics, the Canadian Psychological Association and the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is published in the journal Human Factors, Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, and the Ivey Business Journal.
