Lauren Thew has 15 years of experience in her field, and is currently Director, Client Solutions for BCP Engineers & Consultants. A superb asset to her company, Lauren oversees 6 nuclear construction sites and 125 field engineers, managing daily operations and client relations. She handles customers needs and business challenges to formulate solutions, integrating a combination of multiple cross-functional teams or evaluating how existing solutions will fit into customers business.
With a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Lauren firmly believes that having a good work ethic as well as being ambitious is the key to success, along with having good leadership skills. She participates in public speaking, and will be speaking next at the annual "UWE" (Utility Working Conferences) seminar.
In the future, Lauren plans on doing more public speaking in client-affiliated seminars. One of the highlights of her career is having the capacity to manage multi-million projects. Outside of her work, she enjoys golf, travel and tennis.
