Promoting teacher's professional development, mentoring teachers and social workers, running workshops, research.
Lindsey has been in the education field for approximately 40 years. While obtaining both of her degrees, she taught early childhood (ages 4-7).Previously, she was a professional support manager for early childhood teachers. Latterly her focus is working with first time parents and helping them to be their child's first teacher and giving parents the knowledge of child development from pregnancy until the child is three years old. The importance of how the brain develops through nurturing the child is interwoven in the program. She recently has begun research on 'How does an autistic parent's condition effect the social and emotional development of their child/ren'. She would like to network with other professionals interested in similar research so more light can be shed on the subject.
