Benchimol De Veloso is a Professor at FGV. She has an accomplished career in Business and Project Management. She has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005. She worked for the Brazilian government for 7 years before beginning her career as a Project Manager with Hewlett-Packard, where she later became a district manager. Benchimol has been a lecturer since 2000 and she is currently a professor at Fundacao Getulio Vargas, teaching Project Management to post-graduate professionals. She also teaches part time at Federal University of Rio De Janeiro. She frequently takes part in public speaking engagements and speaks about trends in project management.
