I am married to Jefferson Jacubiski, an electric engineer, and we have a son, Nicholas, who is 2 years old.
Dynamic and innovative coach and human resources professional with over fifteen years of achievement in human resources, leadership and management. Founded W Coaching, in 2017, focusing, particularly, in women empowerment for executives and entrepreneurs through effective coaching methods that provide ways for achieving professional and personal goals.

Lilian Caires Jacubiski is a Coach and Speaker at W Coaching, Empoderamento de Executivas e Empreendedoras. With over fifteen years of experience in her career, Lilian is best known for her expertise in human resources and coaching. In her current role, she is responsible for the individual coaching process for women executives and entrepreneurs aiming for their professional and personal goals.
Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Lilian went on to receive a Master’s degree in Leadership in 2007.
She is currently a member of the Human Resource Brazilian Association.
In the next three to five years, Lilian hopes to continue growing and progressing in her career. She attributes her success to the passion she has for her work. Lilian is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member of the Worldwide Association of Female Professional.
