Leisa Arroyo has over 20 years of experience in her current field as an industrial engineer. She is currently a Planner/Buyer for an Animal Health company called Boehringer Ingelheim and is in in charge of the planning and supply chain of Nexgard Product.
She has a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from the National University College of Puerto Rico from 2017 and a Bachelors Degree In Industrial Engineering from University of Puerto Rico. She is most proud of being able to work with different teams and having positive feedback, as well as being acknowledged as a great leader and being able to participate in any continuous improvement. Being able to perform her job to achieve customer satisfaction is one of her major drivers.
In the next few years she wants to set up her own company and continue to work in the manufacturing area. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals and gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
