Leslie Morgan serves as Vice President, Programming, Endemol Beyond USA, since July 2014.
Morgan oversees all of Endemol Beyond USA’s lifestyle programming efforts, including the recent launch of ICON, the world’s first premium lifestyle network. ICON, which is led creatively by digital pioneer and entrepreneur Michelle Phan, is the new global destination for the empowerment of viewers through inspiration, premium lifestyle content and conversation. ICON launched simultaneously in the U.S. and the UK in March 2015.
Prior to joining Endemol Beyond, Morgan was the Executive Producer of FAWN, Michelle Phan’s premium lifestyle channel, which received funding from Google from 2011-2013. During her time at FAWN, Morgan produced a variety of lifestyle programs and worked with such brands as L’Oreal, Victoria Secret, Air New Zealand, Contiki Travel, Nintendo, and Ebay.
Morgan has an extensive background in the digital space, working with brands such as Kraft, Clorox, Unilever, Palm Pre Technology, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and others to create award-winning branded video campaigns and communities. She won a Silver Telly Award for her work on the Kraft Real Women of Philadelphia digital campaign that helped grow Kraft’s Philadelphia Cream Cheese sales by 8%.
In addition, Morgan has worked with BermanBraun, EQAL and Revision3/Discovery Digital Networks as a consultant to develop engaging and entertaining programming and has worked with a wide variety of talent including Paula Deen, Sherri Shephard and Kobe Bryant.
Morgan, who currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and received her master’s degree from Emerson College.
