With 17 years of experience in education, Leslie Taylor is the Assistant Principal at Fort Pierce Westwood High School where she brings unmatched expertise in educational leadership and administration to her role. Ms. Taylor's responsibilities include working with a team of administrators, professional development, tracking students and providing a support network for colleagues and students. Ms. Taylor began her career as a Biology teacher where she enjoyed great success, presented at the National Association of Biology Teachers conference and was named Outstanding Biology Teacher of the Year in 2014. She then received her Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University in 2014 and ascended to the role of Assistant Principal. When not engaged with work, she enjoys the great outdoors by hiking and camping.
