Liat Weinreb Shaked is the E-Commerce and Digital Manager at Plasson, where she has been working for a total of 5 years. In this role, Liat is in charge of increasing the online sales, marketing automation, business processes, budget management, products portfolio and financial control. She leads the strategy and implementation for Plasson Israel transformation, from an only B2B seller to a B2C seller, also. In her previous role at Plasson, Liat managed the applications division at IT department, consisting of 20 employees (team leaders, project managers and consultant teams; developers, QA and DBA for Microsoft & Oracle). Liat was responsible for strategic projects with a budget of tens of millions dollars, built IT strategy, work plans and budgets. Liat holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Moving forward, she hopes to continue climbing the corporate ladder and to eventually ascend to a CEO position. Also a dynamic speaker, she plans to speak more often at conferences and seminars. When not engaged with work, Liat enjoys running, spinning, Crossfit, cooking and reading.
