Lillian Guerrero is an exceptional and accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience. For 25 years, Lillian served with the Employment Administration at the Department of Labor for Guam. During that time, she assisted people who were in the process of finding work. She also served admirably in assisting veterans of the Armed Forces getting back into the work force. Upon retirement, she co-founded the Pacific Overseas Employment & Training Services (POET) helping foreign employers. Lilian also trained in Colorado at the National Institute of Corrections with helping ex-offenders re-integrate into the workforce. Lillian's future goals include completion of her BS Degree in Criminal Justice and Minor in Political Science, while furthering her aspirations to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming an Attorney for disadvantage single parents and growing the business to reach out to the unemployed veterans and all others seeking employment assistance.
