As the country manager of ManpowerGroup Singapore, Linda oversees the local operations and expansion of all four brands under the ManpowerGroup, namely Manpower, ManpowerGroup Solutions, Experis and Right Management; oversees operations; interviews candidates; ensures she meets her goals and has meetings with her superiors keeping up to date with all information.
Armed with a bachelors degree in science, majoring in economics, from the prestigious National University of Singapore and an MBA from the renowned University of Western Australia, Linda joined Manpower Staffing Services as its HR Manager in 2005.
Prior to joining Manpower, Linda had held several executive positions in the information technology, media, staffing and education sectors. In 2007, Linda was tasked to lead the operations team. Her profound industrial knowledge and sharp business acumen has helped her to address the varied human capital challenges faced by her diverse clientele base. Linda is often commended by her MNC and local clients for her creative approach to talent acquisition and management.
In 2011, Linda was promoted to head Manpower Staffing Services as its Country Manager. This promotion recognizes Linda's indisputable track record in building new businesses and introducing new business solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and HR consultancy.
With more than 20 years of business and human capital management experience under her belt, Linda is well positioned to helm ManpowerGroup Singapore. As the country manager of ManpowerGroup Singapore, Linda oversees the local operations and expansion of all four brands under the ManpowerGroup, namely Manpower, ManpowerGroup Solutions, Experis and Right Management.
