Lisa B Blangiforti is the President of Empire Structural Group. She has a 20 year track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. She categorizes her management style as success through empowerment, as she believes that giving team members the tools, structure and guidance to effectively complete an assignment and meet deadlines helps projects to succeed. One of the most important aspects of Project Management is the ability to drive and motivate the team while enabling them to shine. Lisa has come to learn that projects succeed through qualified team members and strong yet versatile management.
Lisa received her BA in Accounting from Saint John’s University. She has extensive management experience with expertise in performance improvement, work safety programs, and equipment maintenance.
