Lisa Robinson is the Human Resources Manager for Association of Caribbean States. Lisa has been an accomplished HR professional for over 15 years in all aspects of Human Resources. She is currently the Human Resources Manager for The Association of Caribbean States and works with benefits, on boarding, health and safety and training.
Lisa works with the Diplomatic Sector currently and has also worked with corporate union and non unionized companies. She is also a member of SHRM which is the Society of Human Resource Management and a member of the local chapter in Trinidad. Lisa has completed a Master’s Degree from The University of Trinidad in Human Resources and also completed a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Andrews University in America.
Lisa has an astute knowledge of HR, with proven Management and Leadership skills with a proven track record and the ability to streamline operations, developing and implementing solutions to impact and attain operational and strategic goals.
