Mr. Sergio Flores has been the Feasibility Studies Manager for IBG / Doppelmayr for 4 years now. He also has his own Independent Consulting firm in La Paz, Bolivia that he is heading for over 12 years. Sergio works in four major categories - Finance, Social, Economic, and Environmental sectors to fully assess the needs of the company and its focus and growth potential.
Sergio also has a private consultancy in Bolivia and Honduras and is looking to expand IBG Grupo into Germany and The United States. He is currently working on The Cable Systems Transportation Industry which is very expensive in Bolivia. He has worked for the pubic and private sectors as well as the Tourism Industry.
His experience is more than 25 years and he has served in Public Administration working as an advocate, public administrator, and Under Secretary to The Ministry of Taxation in Bolivia. He has leveraged his knowledge in public and private sectors and is an expert in taxation and international finance. Sergio also has vast knowledge in economic management, tax planning and international commerce.
Sergio has studied in The United States and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and International Commerce from Brigham Young University in 1993. He went on to attain his MBA from Texas A&M University in 1998, and went on to complete his post graduate degree from Simon Bolivar and accomplished his second Masters in Psychology from The Catholic University of Bolivia. He is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
