Lorena Dibos is the Human Resources Manager at Financiera Oh! With over sixteen years of experience in her career, Lorena is best known for her expertise in talent management, development and training. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Department, managing payroll, providing training, culture management, change management, handling social security for workers, benefits and development. Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Lorena went on to receive two Master’s degrees in People Management and Organizational Management from Universidad Desarollo and Universidad Pacific in 2012 and 2013. In the next three to five years, Lorena would like to continue working in Human Resources, implementing new values to improve work quality and incorporating gender equality. She attributes her success to hard work, confidence, rationality and being fearless. Lorena is very proud of all she has accomplished thus far and she is ecstatic about the future.
