Lorinda L. Clausenbrings, is the President of Clausen Consulting, LLC. She is instrumental in helping Executive leaders and top-tier executives become more Impactful and inspiring leaders. Companies who work with her gain increased market strength and profitability as her company coaches key talent to bperform at a higher rate and implement brilliant strategic ideas. Based in the North Loop area of Minneapolis, the company a practiced group of business growth strategists, executive coaches, leadership coaches, market researchers, professors, trainers, thought leaders, and organization developers. Lorinda is best known for her executive coaching practice with high-performance leaders who care deeply about the work they’re doing and how it impacts the world around them. Lorinda also leads strategic business planning and facilitates strategic alignment with executive leadership teams, generating desired results, building strong teams that work for common goals, and implementing ideas to increase revenues and profits. In her early career, Lorinda spent 17 years as a visionary leader, strategic team builder, and Church developer who motivated thousands of high school and college bound children as a youth pastor. Working with kids and giving the wold view was very rewarding for her. Touching the lives of the children, teaching them the world, and changing children into leaders has been one of her greatest accomplishments. She received her M.A. in Leadership from Bethel Seminary- St. Paul, 1997, and her B.A. in Education from University of Sioux Falls, 1991.
